Hugging Face

Partnering with Software Heritage was a great journey for BigCode and Hugging Face. The foundation’s focus on preservation, reproducibility, availability and traceability mirrors many of the values and mission of Hugging Face as a central platform for sharing and collaborating in the ML community. We’re excited to witness this project unlocking and catalyzing a full open ecosystem in the new field of AI-for-code models and we’re proud to be able to push values of openness, community and responsible development of AI together with Software Heritage.
